Instructions

  1. Divide ground beef into 8 loosely packed balls.
  2. Butter and toast burger buns until golden brown.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over high heat.
  4. Place beef balls onto the hot surface.

  8. Flip using a metal spatula.
