Instructions
- Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter with one-third of the marshmallows.
- Add blue gel food coloring and stir until evenly colored.
- Fold in 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal.
- Press gently into the prepared pan.
- Repeat the process without food coloring for the white layer.
- Carefully spread the white layer over the blue layer.
- Melt the remaining butter and marshmallows.
- Stir in red food coloring.
- Fold in the remaining Rice Krispies cereal.
- Spread evenly over the white layer.
- Sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
- Cool for 30–45 minutes.
- Slice into 16 squares and serve.
