Description

This No Bake Oreo Cheesecake is the ultimate easy dessert with a buttery Oreo crust, rich and creamy cheesecake filling, and plenty of crunchy Oreo cookies in every bite. Perfect for holidays, birthdays, summer parties, or anytime you need a simple no-bake treat everyone will love.

1 cup powdered sugar – Sweetens the filling while keeping it smooth.

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – Adds warm vanilla flavor.

1½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold – Whipped to create a light and fluffy texture.

12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped – Adds delicious cookie chunks throughout the cheesecake.

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  10. Decorate with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and chocolate drizzle.
