  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and peel the banana. Measure all ingredients before blending for easy preparation.
  2. Pour almond milk into the blender first. This helps the blades move freely and blend ingredients smoothly.
  3. Place the spinach into the blender on top of the liquid.
  4. Add the banana and frozen pineapple chunks.
  5. Add Greek yogurt and chia seeds.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  7. Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy and chilled.
  8. Taste the smoothie. If desired, add honey for extra sweetness.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
