Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.
  3. Rub pork chops with olive oil.
  4. Coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Let rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  6. Preheat grill to 400–450°F (205–230°C).
  7. Oil grill grates lightly.
  8. Grill pork chops for 4–5 minutes on the first side.
  9. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes.
  10. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  11. Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
