Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Top each chicken breast with mozzarella slices.
- Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Add tomato slices and fresh basil over the melted cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with extra basil, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
