  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare vegetables by slicing zucchini, dicing onion, halving cherry tomatoes, and mincing garlic.
  3. Mix cooked chicken with zucchini, onion, tomatoes, and garlic in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Combine sauce with chicken mixture and stir until fully coated.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan (add breadcrumbs if using).
