Instructions

  7. Test the jam on a chilled plate for the proper consistency.
  8. Skim off any foam from the surface.
  9. Carefully ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars.
  10. Seal the jars and allow them to cool completely.
  11. Refrigerate, freeze, or process in a water bath for long-term storage.
