For the Cream Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

For the Fruit Topping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Bake white cake in a greased 9×13-inch pan at 350°F (175°C) for 28–30 minutes, then cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold together until fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream layer evenly over the cooled cake and smooth the surface.
  4. Arrange strawberries and blueberries on top in decorative or flag-style patterns.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint or white chocolate.

Notes

For the best flavor and presentation, use fresh strawberries and blueberries and pat them dry before decorating.

Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to help the cream layer set and enhance the texture.

Add the berries shortly before serving to keep them fresh, vibrant, and prevent excess moisture.
